A Concert for the Deaf

Today I finally got a chance to visit a children's home.  All the children were hearing-impaired, so we communicated in a combination of Russian sign language, mime, and Russian.  No, I don't speak Russian sign at all, but I learned how to sign my name.  We sang simple songs and danced, which they loved.  Gave out some candy and fruit, and played some silly games.  One thing that was really refreshing, the kids were super open, and really into what we were doing, even the older guys.
