St. Pete

Spent three days with friends in St. Petersburg. The K family were very gracious hosts, and a very cool model of a family that serves and meets God together...it was really cool to share in their nightly prayer and bible reading time. God also brought together some cool meetings in St. Petersburg surrounding my buddy's concert. So, the girlfriend of one of my Moscow friends was there, plus I was able to introduce some of my friends to a bunch of YWAM people and other Petersburg believers through this event. It was really exciting, although strange because I was meeting three people named Masha at one place and one time. I was hoping to meet a missionary for an org I'm considering working with, and I was hoping to play for the K's youth group, but it didn't work out schedule-wise. :/ But it was a good and encouraging time, and I think God used me, even in three short days in Petersburg. If nothing else, we made a lot of people happy when we played Ninja on the metro...
